Everything we do always begins internally through our mental first, and the rest follows externally. Thus, our ideas, actions, and daily interactions are a direct reflection of ourselves and our minds. We essentially attract who we are as others act as our mirrors of perception. It is important to evaluate both your positive and negative thoughts, words, beliefs, and manifestations. Our subconcious minds will believe whatever it is that we tell it. Exercise your mind like you do your body. Mind your thoughts and what you tell yourself. “What we think, we become”.

Self-awareness is key to knowing and understanding self, and the reasons for our own behaviours. CHECK YOURSELF first before unnecessarily projecting onto others. Be accountable and own your mistakes. Forgive yourself. The goal is to have a clear, conscious headspace with a mindset of intention and purpose. Prioritizing YOUR mental health first IS NOT selfish, but IS necessary; to fully function, complete tasks, and extend yourself to others.
