By now we all know that the civil is too large and government can not continue to keep everyone employed. It is being alleged that “Phase 1” takes effect from November 1st and temporary Clerical Officers such as Clerk Typists, Steno Typists, Receptionists with up to 5 yrs temporary may be severed. Also under scrutiny will be employees who have records of continuous sick leave and unsatisfactory PRDS reports. “Phase 2” - May see employees with 6 years or less offered packages.
