I was wondering when someone would ask about Mia. If you don’t mind, I’ll be putting her and Nicola in separate post, cause I want to include Nicola’s successor stuff.

Anyway it looks like just how Io’s constant was her hood, Mia’s constant was her hat. It’s in just about every single concept design for her that’s in the artbook.

It looks like some of Mia’s outfits were a little less revealing or her skirt was a bit fluffier. Her corsets design seems to have gone through a few small changes as well.

A slightly better look at the image on the far bottom right. Note the horizontal clips and buttons compared to the zipper in the final product.

Her longcoat/Stinger bloodveil looked a bit more like a standard wintercoat- thought that could just be because the sketch has no color - appropriate since the main conclusion of her story to find her brother takes place in the snowy mountains. She actually looks really young in this specific image, which makes me wonder if at one point she was supposed to be even younger than Rin before being reconceptualized as an older character.
