Currently having the exact same experience of rewatching Silk and being all shippy for Martha/Clive again (itβs also making me want to rewatch Spooks which is confusing for me because I love Adam/Jo but hate Clive/Harriet) Thank you for fixing MC in fic <3

And, OMG will you believe me when I say I had not clocked on that Harriet and Jo were played by the same person π±π€£. How many times have I watched these shows???? I'm so shocked. I mean, kudos to her for the acting work in fairness. I think it's the iconic 00s Jo dark eyeliner make-up that threw me off.
Clive/Harriet is just ugh. Keep-it-in-your-pants-for-once type of 'ugh.' I'm starting to rewatch s2 at the moment and am not looking forward to S3 past the first ep (sigh). That whole series was a mess.
Adam/Jo is like, idk. I'm not sure if I like them as friends or lovers, I don't mind either. It was So Short-Lived π. I pretty much like Adam with everyone he was paired with, I don't have a hard opinion. Poor bloke just needed a lot of therapy π.
If you're interested, I did write a Spooks fic last year which has a hint of Adam/Jo if you squint.
