i’m hosting a check-in today and i’ll be open to taking messages for 24 hours (so this will end on july 16th at 12:01am est)! we can talk about negative things, positive things, or other topics besides mental health
you can do so via my ask or private messaging
you can be anonymous or not
you don’t have to be a mutual/follower
you can designate if you are just venting (and don’t really need a response) or if you want advice/insight/support/etc and i will respond accordingly

while you might talk about negative things, this event is meant to be low-pressure for you AND for me. i’m doing this because i like to listen and help when i can. however, i am not a professional and do not have all the knowledge or resources you may need, so please seek professional help if something has a significant impact on your daily life.Â
