I was wondering if it's normal to have multiple personalities. I've noticed that I have 2 or 3 sides to me. Sometimes I'm very dramatic (in a good way) and happy and full of life and energy, and other times I'm very quiet, creative and spiritual. I know it's normal to change moods, but it seems to me like it's more than that. Sometimes it can be tiring. -B.
There is actually a disorder called Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), it was previously known as Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD).
What you’re describing could be different moods of your current personality, but seeing as how you think it is more and it feels as many different personalities, I encourage you to look more into DID. <3

Yes there is! There is a whole big list of crisis chatrooms for many places that are strictly internet based. Many of them offer support online and through emailing and even texting. Here is one specifically in Ireland, if that helps :)

I would say the best way to stop liking a boy is to first of all, distance yourself from him. If you like him now - the more you’re around him will most likely strengthen those feelings.
Meet new people, start hanging out with friends, or maybe even go on a few dates. That will distract you, and who knows, you may even find someone you will eventually fall in love with. :)

You can’t stop existing because you have a purpose here, I know sometimes it feels overwhelming and like there’s no point to it all - but I promise you there is. I know because I used to be like you, I used to not want to exist. I pushed through it all, and now here I am. I’m not saying it will be easy, but I can promise it is worth it. If I wasn’t here right now I wouldn’t have the ability to share my story and help others through the same struggles I’ve been through. I wouldn’t be able to save lives.
You can get through this, but you have to make that choice on your own. We’re here for you every step of the way to support you and remind you how loved and awesome you are, but you need to realize that you’re worthy of this life… and you can make it. I promise <3 I believe in you.
