I love mgs and the story but it feels like im frying my brain sometimes π. I'm trying to cram all of it into my brain, and most of it stays, but sometimes some of it falls out and I gotta pick it back up and more falls out all while shoving more new snippets in there
Im learning through my dad who loves the series, the wiki, clips, rants, ect, and slowly playing the games I have available to me within the span of a month
This does not account for my two other fixations fighting for brain space
My friend asked me what metal gear is about and i had to take a deep breath and told them to give me a few minutes to think of how to explain it
me and my friend were yapping about mgs and they made a pretty good point, they said "paz seems more like a creep fantasy than an actual character" which I can't say I entirely disagree with. Granted I have a bias as I already don't like paz.. but that was one of the starting reasons was the whole thing with her age. Along with how some of the other women characters are treated in mgs. All of varying ages (although still seem to run pretty young). Apparently this is a running thing in kojimas other games too.
Look I appreciate the man for making mgs and stuff but some of the stuff makes me look at him with a big ol question mark over my head. I just find ot weird if not kinda gross how women are treated in mgs writing. Who knows maybe there's some big storytelling purpose I'm missing
