So I made this Huitzilopochtli with watercolors and, I suck, I can't paint 😭
But anyway, I wanted to make a drawing for my altar.

Hice este Huitzilopochtli hoy, tenía años de no pintar con acuarelas y no me convence 😭 quizá intente hacerlo en digital a ver si mejora un poco.
Lo hice especialmente para mí altar, espero le guste a mi señor.
En las profundidades del Bosque de Chapultepec, arqueólogos descubrieron un cementerio olvidado que data del siglo XVI, apenas unos años después de la caída de Tenochtitlán en 1521.
Este lugar alberga 21 restos humanos, que incluyen a niños, adultos y ancianos, enterrados en un contexto de sincretismo cultural.
Mientras algunos esqueletos muestran entierros cristianos con brazos cruzados, otros conservan elementos indígenas como navajas de obsidiana y piedras rituales. Este fascinante hallazgo nos lleva a una época en la que las culturas mexica y española comenzaban a entrelazarse, marcando el inicio del virreinato. Chapultepec, un sitio sagrado para los mexicas, ahora revela otro capítulo de su rica historia.
