metsblr: I'm thinking tomorrow I will get supplies to do an uncrossing spell for the Mets while the moon is full. uncrossing is for lifting curses, purification, warding etc.
as for magic to make them actually play well, I've got some baseball cards coming in the mail. the new moon would be the obvious time for a spell like that, but two weeks feels real damned far away right now. no matter when, I will give y'all as much notice as I can in case you want to participate by lighting a candle for the Mets.

on a more serious note i genuinely think the mets team chemistry is probably fucked up bc everybodys getting moved/traded/sent down then sent up THEN sent down AGAIN and it might just be extremely exhausting trying to build rapport with a bunch of people when you have no clue if they'll be there by the end of the game
