You know pokemon moves arent magical right ? Its literally on their biology, it has shown multiple time every plant pokemon have wines with muscles, and half fire types have fire in their body, also same with pokemons like motisma who's body are made with electricity, moves are not really magic exept for some pokemons, also ghost pokemons are said to naturally be able to travel beetween walls, so only moves that arent the same type of the pokemon should have been gone to be honnest
I dont think I ever described it as magic, but a lot of pokemon moves are inarguably magical. Basically all psychic moves are. draco meteor is another unless you think summoning meteors is just something dragons should biologically be able to do. but most normal and fighting moves are just things that any creature could do given the appropriate body parts (tackle, scratch, tail whip, any of the punches).
there's a lot of moves that would still be totally possible even if you exclude the magical ones but you can't just do it by type because that would keep a fairy type from using tackle while allowing a psychic type to teleport
