You're more than this. You're more than a number. You're so much more than a weight, or BMI, or diagnosis. You're so much more than what the mirror depicts or voices or objects or pictures or paintings or sculptures or clothing or jewels or money. You're so much more than a time on a stopwatch or a flip on the beam or a pass or a result. You're so much more than a result on blood work, exam, percent. You're so much more than an inch, cup, pound, litre, kilogram, size, label or a television commercial or a legal action or a application or a judge. You're so much more than a thought or a coping method or a depiction or a love. You're so much more than a memory, flashback, sight, sound, texture, flavor, scent or a nightmare or a dream or a wish or a hope. You are so much more than what you're allowing your mind, body, spirit, soul to see, because you are beautiful and amazing and loved and cared for and magnificent and dazzling and spectacular and a winner and a fighter and a great value, you are strong, tough, brave, courageous, inspiring, and you are you and you are going to make changes, fight wars, stand tall, you are going to make it, you are going to live, you are worth it. Every single one of you.
