so i've had the same model of hairbrush since like. idk, maybe even 2015, at LEAST since 2017, and i admittedly didn't know you're suppose to replace them every 6-12 months. I def have been using my current one for 2yrs at least..... with regular washing but still...
but anyways, i hate that autism makes me so disgusted uncomfortable at the idea of switching to a different model hairbrush, even if it might feel nicer and/or be way easier to find. The one I like is near impossible to find, I think I MIGHTVE seen one in a store in the past 6mo, but when retracing my steps to all the stores, I haven't seen it.
To the point where searching it online isn't even on major retailers websites, nada. I thought I found an Amazon listing for buying it as a 3 pack, but admittedly not in the same pink color, but I thought you know what, maybe it'll be fine. One of the 2 boxes I bought came in the mail today and. It's a totally different model. I have to wait till the 2nd one comes to return them, but I found the brush on ebay and I will be buying 11 of them so I have 1 new one for the rest of 2026, and then for the next 5 years, or potentially longer if I'm able to stretch it out, aka 10 years.
That's at least how many I'm willing to keep on hand. Also I found out I somehow only have 1 botw card wallet left and mine is due for a replacement, BUT, ive also come around to this miku one, one ver of it i use in japan, might get replacements of those + only like 1-2 more of the botw ones
i hate having the autism that needs me to have things the same or else i'm severely distressed. I even have a copy of a shirt in a specific color, or 1 extra copy of my egg cardigan, which is wild, and luckily havent done nor intend to for any other.
