The Mermaid Colada is a vibrant and tropical twist on the classic piña colada, featuring the enchanting flavors of blue curaçao and coconut cream.

Ingredients: 2 oz white rum. 1 oz blue curaao. 2 oz coconut cream. 1 oz pineapple juice. 1 oz lime juice. 1 oz simple syrup. Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry, for garnish.

Instructions: In a blender with ice, blend all of the ingredients together. Mix until it's smooth. Pour into a glass that is already cold. Put a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple on top.
