Almost 2 years have passed(December 1st, approximately at 9:30 pm, I don't remember anymore) since the creation of the YouTube channel... And almost 2 years have passed(December 28th) since then until I decided to make my first MEP...

The second anniversary of my channel is a long-awaited event for all of us. And although I created my first video around September 23, 2022(and started making it in early September of the same year), I wanted to develop my skills in video editing. And it became my new hobby. Before that, I had other hobbies - drawing and crafts (I did this very, very rarely after my first phone appeared).

At first I started using Alight Motion. Then I used it Funimate, until I came across CapCut(banned video editing app), YouCut and Motion Ninja(only the last two apps are present on my phone, the very first application didn't work for me, because it was unclear and impossible to use). Now I'm using Alight Motion as if to a greater extent. Although my video edits were very crooked in my opinion, this fact nevertheless emphasized the development of my video editing skills.

And now I myself have changed. On the negative side, but I have changed. I know it may sound very trite, but... It's normal for me to change every year. It's okay to be the wrong person who has a worse character. It's okay to be selfish actually, if others view this personality trait as very toxic. And yes, I, like all of you, also have my own problems. But everything is okay, we are all more or less equal and different at the same time. It's normal to change and develop yourself.

Accordingly, I took Tsumugi Shirogane from a detective novel with elements of horror «New DanganRonpa V3: Killing Harmony» as a mascot for my channel. I don't know why I chose her. Maybe I started to like her... Before her, my favorite character was Kaede Akamatsu. I don't know the exact reason why I like Tsumugi. Because, because.

And what else can I say?... Thank you for staying with me throughout the 2 years of my YouTube channel's existence!

And… Thanks to those people who participated in my first MEP. I was very grateful to you.

To encourage small firms to adopt retirement plans, policymakers have made it easier to participate in Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs).

MEPs involve less administrative burden and fiduciary responsibilities than a stand-alone plan, and – in theory – could be cheaper.

But few firms know about MEPs, some fiduciary tasks remain, exiting a MEP may be difficult, and MEPs can make mergers and acquisitions harder.

Also, it’s not clear that they do cost less, and any such assessment should consider employee – as well as employer – fees.

Overall, while MEPs could be attractive, adoption may be slow due to unfamiliarity with the product and uncertainty over any cost advantage.
