1)mmmm that is a good question! Aranea is surely the one that has more practice, since it's something that she used to do for Halim (when he was alive) and then for Mephistopheles whenever he is in need! But Mephisto....have you seen the size of his hands??? That archdevil KNOWS how to give Aranea a massage lololol

2)as to where the massages usually happen, I do imagine they would either happen in their termal bath beneath Mephistar OR in the privacy of their chamber, on their bed (extra soft for extra comfort lolololol).
