It was raining cats and dogs by the time Tobio arrived at the bus stop closest to Kitagawa Daiichi. His hair was sopping wet, and his clothes hung off him, heavy with their liquid burden. As for his school bag, it bore the brunt of the downpour, since he had been using it in place of an umbrella. Sighing, Tobio ran a hand through his messy bangs, and wondered if it would be worth waiting out the dreary weather.
