rant.
so now i am officially employed as a Pharmacy Technician at a boarding facility for the mentally distraught.
even though this place is the most unorganized and most illegal place i ever worked i will be putting in my 110% to make everything organized and legal. cause there is no way you should be giving patients medication without them signing stating that they took them, also there shouldnt be any negligence from staff members. and staff members who arent licensed to be giving medication to the patients SHOULDNT be giving them to the patients. they shouldnt be giving medication at the wrong time and those employees should not be over medicating patients and giving them expired asprin. these are peoples lives who dont have families just because they arent all there mentally doesnt mean they arent people. the staff should treat them as equally as they do family members. fuck man i feel that getting paid 8 dollars a hour to do something like this is not worth it but i want to help these patients so im working here -_- fuck it time to turn this place around and make something out of it. time to figure out how to do these forms on excel
