Ça fait longtemps... It's been a while I haven't posted here... Had to go trough some tough shit this last year... Lost my job, had to move out, cut of toxic relationships with my family while still going on in life.

I haven't posted in a while... I got sick as fuck and then had to get back to work and recover the hours I couldn't get when I was absent... It was two fucking stressful and exhausting weeks...

I haven't been around much this weekend, the workload has finished me off. What's more, I had to deal with a few stressful and anxious situations that didn't help me find any semblance of rest or calm.
It's been a long time since this happened, but yesterday I finally went into a coma/black-out lasting almost 24 hours. I have no memory of my day, I just regained consciousness last night at 11 in my bed...
But it's the weekend, so I hope I'll manage to get some rest and recharge my batteries before next week. Tonight I'm eating at my parents', which will do me a lot of good! Despite the complex relationship between us, which has kept me from seeing them for a long time, I can't wait to share this evening with them ✨♥️
It was a twisted day, in the sense that I was able to do most of the things I had to do, my shift went well, it was exhausting but it went relatively quickly
I just didn't get the chance to do my sport as I would have liked, but instead I got a call from a friend I hadn't spoken to in a long time. It's been such a pleasure and so good to be able to talk about so many things that have been bothering me lately. Thank you to her for taking the time to listen to me and confide in me ☺️
Of course, talking about certain subjects activated certain triggers that were a bit complicated to manage, but on the whole I'm happy with my day and glad it's over ✨

It wasn't the productive day it should have been... But for the sake of my mental health it did me good to chill out, go out for a small walk, sleep a bit, cook myself some good dishes and play Valo with my mate 😌
I'm glad I don't feel anxious as I feared this morning, but I can't explain why I feel sad, I've got a feeling of emptiness that's starting to creep in again...
