Prompt: Aladdin is actually a prince, and wants to take a break from the royal life. And chides to come to Agrabah. Where he meets the reader. And she shows him the ways of living on the streets.
Y/nâs POV
I was dodging the gaurds as I ran through the streets of Agrabah, I laughed, at the gaurds who are trying to find me.
âMove our of the way!â I shouted, as I ran through the crowd of people. I then looked behind me, and saw the gaurds getting closer. I then ducked, into an alleyway. To only bump into someone.
âSorry,â I said, looking down and helping the person up. I then looked at the person, and I looked into their eyes. And I seemed to get lost. I then looked behind me and saw the gaurds.
âCrapâ I then ran, I then looked behind and saw that the person was gone. I climbed, up wooden beams and jumped across building running away from the gaurds.
??? POV
I watched as the girl I met jump across the rooftops of the buildings, I smiled, I had to know her but it would be creepy if I just followed her hopefully we could bump into each other again.
Y/nâs POV
I sighed, i finally outwitted the gaurds. I climbed down the building, and took out the piece of bread I then began to ate it.
But looked down and saw two kids, digging through the trash. I smiled, and walked towards them. âHere, take itâ I said, with a smile and I handed it to them. They smiled, and ran off with the food.
I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear, I then walked towards another alleyway and sighed, my stomach then growled.
âThose kids needed it more than meâ I said, pulling a rope and climbing up the wooden beams. Entering the place I called home.
I walked towards the stove, and began to make tea.
??? POV
I watched as she, pulled a rope and a staircase appeared, I was in awe. She was smart. I had bought some food from a street vendor, after seeing her give her food to those to kids.
I pulled the rope, and climbed up the wooden beams. I walked up the stairs, and looked around. I heard her humming a song, that sounded like the one my mother taught me as a kid. And I began to look around.
Y/nâs pov
I turned around and saw someone in my house, âhey! How what are you doing here?â I shouted, then he looked at me and looked flustered.
âI-I a kinda followed you after you bumped into me, I was impressed by what you did to outwit the gaurdsâ He said, and I looked down smiling.
âThanks, I Iâm self taughtâ I said, as I poured the tea in the cup.
âSo what do you want,â I asked, since he followed me. âI want you to teach me what you did, and what itâs like to live on the streetsâ I looked at him confused.
âWhoa, you want me to teach you how to live on the streets. But you live on the streets tooâ I said, and he looked down.
âNot exactly, Iâm actually a prince.â He said, and I couldnât help but laugh.
âReally your a prince, what would a prince want with the life of commonerâ I said, looking at him with a smile.
âWell I wanted to leave, the life of a royal and take a break. I didnât want to stay in my country so I decided to come here to Agrabahâ he said, and I looked at him and smiled.
âHm, okay. Whatâs your name your highnessâ I joked, and he smiled and looked at me.
âItâs Prince Aladdin, but the people call me Prince Aliâ I smiled, and looked him in the eyes. Getting lost in his eyes again, I then shook my head and smiled.
âWell, Aladdin Iâll teach you the way of living on the streets,â I said, with a smile. âYou can stay here, with meâ I said, I smiled and I looked at him.
âOh, hereâs some food, I boughtâ he said, and he handed it to me. I smiled, âdonât worry itâs not poisonâ he said, and I smiled at him.
âThank you,â I said to him, he then smiled and sat down on the pillows as we ate our food. Tomorrow was the start of training, âI didnât know what I was getting myself intoâ I thought to myself.
