I treated myself to VIP tickets for Mempho fest last year as a graduation present. I never expected the wonderful weather as is present here. Looking forward to The Black Keys later tonight. (And with a fuck you I'm in the bathroom (inclosed flushable bathroom.... Fancy VIP) with double chin accented instead of disguising the double chin.)

The Mempho Fest inaugural was a success!

The inaugural year of Mempho Music Festival gathered a variety of genres, uniting different tribes in a single place. From the Grammy award-winning rock band Cage the Elephant, to the alternative British singer Bishop Briggs, it was all about diversity and having fun. Shelby Farms Park provided an intimate atmosphere that brought a diverse group of people together.
The Kentucky boys of Dan Luke and The Raid shined together with the beautiful sunset, bringing hits like "Black Cat Heavy Metal" and their latest single "Golden Age,". Frontman Daniel Shultz confirmed once again that talent runs in the Shultz's DNA.
British singer-songwriter Bishop Briggs energized the crowd with her incredible voice. The audience moved with every beat, and when she closed her set with "River," Briggs was overwhelmed by the crowd's warm response.
