Nothing like trying to straighten out a possible RAM issue. Checked for viruses and such, came up clean, did some other fixes... and it’s still running higher. Ugh. Betting it might be a space issue. So onto trying to free up more space. Not that I have much space to free up. Most of what I have I want to keep.

Is anyone else having a memory leak with Chrome lately?
I don't know when Chrome updated last (I guess it was on July 16, my birthday) but it seems like there's a memory leak going on.
Whenever I leave a chrome page open, with gifs on it, which I do frequently, for reference, THAT page soon shoots up to far over 1 GIG of memory being used for THAT PAGE ALONE. Others that aren't displayed can run up to 1/2 a gig, but that one gig one will slow down my whole system.
It's just driving me nuts, because I like to leave things open to reference, and look at, and it's jamming up the system, and then crashing things. Chrome has always been so good... (Also, I am having trouble with Chrome on my Galaxy as well! It does this white, blank screen thing that I do actually see a lot of people online complaining about, so it's not just me. But DAMN Chrome, you were my go-to...)
