I saw this post saying something like, “the reason you don’t shift even if you’re doing everything is because subconsciously, you still believe you’ll wake up in your CR. The only thing stopping you is you.”
I actually relate to it because I’ve been trying everything and I’ve felt really close a few times, but I still end up waking up in my CR.
Is it actually possible that, subconsciously, you still expect to wake up in your CR?
If yes, how does that even happen? Could it be because I’ve spent years waking up in my CR, so it’s just something my mind is used to?
Also, aside from affirming, is there anything else that can help change subconscious beliefs? Like subliminals maybe? I hear about “reprogramming subliminals” a lot in shifting, but I’m not really familiar with them, will it help?
Heya!!! absolutely—the thing is, this is a false sense of belief: even if you say affirmations, meditate or do other things to feel connected to shifting, the very idea that shifting is real doesn't quite sit right with you in a subconscious level yet.
And yes, routine can be a factor! The conscious mind likes structure: if you wake up every day knowing you’ll do a certain thing, the moment you realize you’ll be doing something completely different the next day can be a little unsettling for the conscious mind.
Look, anything will work as long as you believe in it: want to listen to playlist of 10 subliminal for that? Go for it. Want to meditate for 30 minutes a day? Sounds good—maybe you just need that little push for everything to click into place. Look for shifting in the little moments: did you wake up at 8 instead of 9? That’s because you shifted into a reality where that was possible, etc.
Little by little, you’ll start building that idea (which is a reality) that you’re a master who can do it wherever and however you want.
