A few words about my feelings re: Melovin

The thing about accidentally, tentatively, randomly joining a fandom 2 years after its inception is that it feels very weird to go: hey, guys, you know that Ukrainian vampire prince/angel of music/dorky/tragic/soft/gorgeous/devoted son and pet owner...he’s real great and boy do I not understand Russian or Ukrainian so...it’s SO MUCH...I do not know how to hold the feels but...I LOVE HIM with all of my overwrought, maniacal fangirl heart. Whooo. At the same time, I’m sane and have a job and I don’t want to keep him in glass case in my spare room. If you’re out there, can we still be friends?

ahhhh I really wanna start trying to post content here again, I’ve been checking in here and there since 2019 but not often, and it’s so nice to comeback and see some familiar Mélovin accs still lurking in my notes- it’s nice to reconnect and reminisce :’))

I am almost finished with my assignments for year 2 of Uni and then I will be in my final year YIKES TT - I wasn’t even at Uni when I saw Mel at Eurovision... that’s a weird thought. How does time fly by so fast?! wah~~ so anyways, soon I’ll have plenty of free time to spend in lockdown reminiscing about Mél and chilling. If you find this post, Mél fan or not, I hope you are well and looking after both your physical and mental health.♡

I might do another tag challenge about when I started stanning Mélovin versus now, I’ll gather together some ideas...

Who knew two years since Mél’s appearance on Eurovision we would be stuck indoors without a ESC 2020 and I’d have a Mélovin discography listening party? >.<
