as for tips I'd say.... expand your visual library. honestly, just consume, consume, consume other people's art, look at masterpaintings, watch speedpaints, learn color theory. Also making an inspiration board will help a lot. <- dissect your fav artist's art, and find out what makes it amazing. Sorry this is such a broad answer but I don't know what kind of feel you're going for in your art.. it all comes down to the mood and goal you're going for.. For me, I care less for making my art look dynamic etc.. I always go for the vibe/mood since i want to tell a short story. If you have the same goal as me, I’d suggest watching a bunch of films? take screenshots of the exact vibe you’re going for - imitate & convey it using your own aesthetics; look at the frame carefully is it a wideshot, what colors does it have etc.
