Asian Badger Meles leucurus
A species of badger native to Mongolia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Korean Peninsula and Russia. There are five subspecies. It prefers open deciduous woodland and adjacent pastureland, but also inhabits coniferous and mixed woodlands, shrubland and steppe. It sometimes enters suburban areas.

A cairn sett is a badger dwelling place where they have chosen to live in the void spaces underneath boulder scree; often in areas where there is little in the way of well-drained, tunnelable soil available.
I hope they are very happy here, even if they don't get as much digging done as they would like.
