Further proof we live in Hipsterville
-The local elementary school raises chickens in its sustainable garden.
-Every month, we have a Saturday flea market where people scramble to purchase crochet tube tops and old wedding photos from the 1890s.
-The most recently renovated pub on the block has almost no customers.
-The store next to our apartment sells handmade soaps imported from Syria. Brian bought some after the shop owner convinced him that his Dove body wash was poisoning the environment.
