when my asthma was really bad, environmental changes helped most cos dust mites aggravated it. getting rid of anything that held dust.
Yeah, I live in a town called "Cottonwood" and it's because we have cottonwood trees, thousands, all the seeds are opening and so it's literally a snowstorm of "cotton" right now :/Â

What I normally do is drink coffee or cut the hot shower on nd just inhale the steamit really helps nd opens you up
That's what usually works, but it's way to hot for coffee or steam rooms lol. He will like die.Â
