This gorgeous lady is named Linda. She has come to the @rubywooroyalty counter 5 times every week for years! M•A•C is one of her favorite obsessions. In the (almost) year I’ve worked here, she’s never let anyone apply any makeup on her. The other week I asked her why and if I could fill in her brows. She was reluctant at first but then she explained that we’re always busy and she would hate to distract us from our jobs. I then said that I wasn’t busy and I had time. And one of the most meaningful jobs I have at @maccosmetics is to help people feel beautiful. She then allowed me to fill in her brows under the condition that she could take it off later. After spending about 10 minutes talking her up and perfecting these brows, she began smiling like I’ve never witnessed. She LOVED them and decided to wear them the rest of the day.
