For this last week of 2016 I'll be posting some of my biggest highlights of the year! Before I do any vision work for the next year, I always spend time giving praise and appreciation to the blessings of the current year. Writing this meditation album was a creative birthing process that was liberating and healing. Learning what it took to record, edit, and distribute it pushed my limits and forced me to grow. I became comfortable with vulnerability as I shared it with the world and I am so grateful for this process! Thanks to all that downloaded it, shared it, and used it to meditate! 🎉, and it's still available on iTunes for those who want to check it out!
