I have been working on improving my inner peace, and learning to slow down to smell the roses all of this year.
My internal struggles were plentiful and caused a lot of angry outbursts. I was too impatient, too ambitious, too worried.. my health drastically declined. That is when I knew I had to ask for help, slow down, and learn to really live life and enjoy the very present.
I often have to remind myself that I'm here, I've arrived. Whatever I see, feel, touch, whoever I am with at the very moment is right where I need to be, want to be. The past only exists in skewed memories in my mind and the future.. well good things will come. Don't fear the Reaper.
