I’ve been having loads of fun making over @bluerubberbear‘s CC-Free Mini Lots for my new neighborhood! If you missed the first round, have a look here.
The Tiny House On Wheels is now the Witch’s Wagon...
and the Container On Wheels has become the Conjurer’s Cart!
It’s kind of a tight squeeze... Check out the insides.
Witch’s Wagon:
Backside:
Sleeping Area:
Sitting Area:
Kitchen:
The bathroom is through that door, but far too small and uninteresting for a picture.
Conjurer’s Cart:
Backside:
Kitchen:
Sitting Area: I imagine the seat would be rotated toward the hatch when it’s time to drive.
Bedroom: With room for two.
I haven’t decided which one I like better. Which one is your favorite?

Continuing with making over @bluerubberbear‘s CC-Free Lots...
This is the Hedgewitch Habitation, formally known as Patchwork:
Now, I don’t know about you, but the original just screamed quirky herbalist so I ran with it. This particular lot really tested my OCD need for everything to match with all its different windows and wall textures. I tried to continue with that charm, though the inside is quite matchy-matchy.
While I loved the busy, overgrown garden of the original, I really needed a functional space for Sun&Moon’s herbs, spices, flowers, and trees.
You didn’t think a Hedgewitch was raising chickens, now did you?
It's been said that whenever you see a door painted purple, a witch lives within...
A small entry leads right to the kitchen and dining area. I had a ton-o-fun decorating this room with herbs and setting it up for Sun & Moon’s Quali-Tea.
And because I really love this tile, you get to have a peak inside the bathroom.
And back at the entry way, a magical portal waits to whisk you to the second level.
Upstairs is the bedroom, sitting area combo...
And finally another portal takes us to the rooftop garden.
I recently downloaded @bluerubberbear‘s CC Free Mini-Lots with the idea of giving them a makeover to fit my up and coming neighborhood... Here is the first result:
Medieval Le Mingo Shops
The shop themes stayed much the same... Click to check them out.
“…[The library’s] soaring, light filled interiors surrounded by bellicose barricades speak volumes about how public architecture in America is literally being turned inside out, in the service of ‘security’ and profit.”

“The problems of inversion and introversion in development patterns, and ambiguity in the character of public space created within them, are not unique to new shopping center developments. It is commonplace that the modern city as a whole exhibits a tendency to break down into specialized, single-use precincts – the university campus, the industrial estate, the leisure complex, the housing scheme…each governed by internal, esoteric rules of development and implemented by specialist agencies whose terms of reference guarantee that they are familiar with other similar developments across the country, but know almost nothing of the dissimilar precincts which abut their own”
Barry Maitland, Shopping Malls: Planning and Design, 1985
