The War for Cybertron wages on!

We've been on a Tumblr hiatus but we're back so we'll be posting some older pics we haven't uploaded yet.
Our older brother realized we didn’t have a decent Sky Lynx in our CHUG collection and being that Combiner Wars Sky Lynx is so small, he bought an original G1 version and refurbished it for us. So awesome! We wanted to pay homage to the Japanese version of the headmasters, namely, when Rodimus decided to leave to find a new home for the Autobots after the destruction of Cybertron. Even though they weren’t shown in the episode, we included Sky Lynx and Metroplex because we like to imagine them accompanying Rodimus and friends on their journey:)

Our 6 year old accidentally broke a peg on Motormaster's gun but thankfully a friend sent a replacement in the mail so our son wanted to show his thanks by showing off his replacement weapon with what was left of his old set:)

Our new watermark:) We went with the Alt.Geeks to represent our non-traditional/ non-stereotypical geeks. Since we've joined the Transformers social network communities we've got a ton of love and support but then there are those who don't believe people from our walks of life can be "true fans" or "true geeks", Javatronia particularly has been harassed and bullied because she's a female collector and a glamour/fine art model. She's been accused of fanservicing to exploit the fandom. The exploitation of the fandom is absurd but I do admit, we do cater to fans... US! We create what we create to entertain OURSELVES! We share to pass on some enjoyment to others. We get criticized but thankfully nothing of those matters get beneath our skin BUT it's the bullying and harassment of our fellow fans is what we stand up for. None of us truly fit any sort of stereotype. We do that to ourselves. We have high expectations of others and lowered expectations of ourselves but that's where we will stand for change. We celebrate our geekdom by being who we truly are, regardless of what others expect us to be and we will continue to share our happiness and confidence in who we truly are to be a good example for our kids to always pursue happiness regardless of expectation as long as that happiness isn't at the cost or detriment to others! Thank you to all who've supported and continue to support! We look forward to sharing more! The ALT.geeks Javatronia & Mechatronus
