Iāve decided Iām going to start writing. More. This is probably quite an obvious pastime of a post-graduate journalist, but Iād rather drone on about meaningless bullshit than write proper articles. I just love bullshit. I love talking it, I love hearing it. Itās whatever you want it to be. Itās lies, but beautifully wrapped ones. Everyone is a fucking bullshitter. We all make our lives sound better than they actually are, gassing about the plans we always intend to follow through with, flourishing our wank jobs.
Speaking of which; why is there such a stigma about admitting that youāre unemployed, rather than āin-between workā, constantly justifying our shit jobs because it āpays the billsā. Who gives a fuck at the end of the day. Iāve had some horrific jobs (as in not ones to be proud of), and experienced some foul attitudes about them-which Iāve always found a bit rich coming from people who are in the same boat as me, but I guess are too proud to admit it. Maybe thatās because I seriously lack any sense of shame. Ā
Anyway, Iām going off topic. Bullshitās great, yes thatās where I was. Maybe I just love living in a constant state of ignorant bliss, I wouldnāt go as far as denial, donāt get me wrong I can handle the truth-but at the end of the day isnāt the truth just a bit tedious? I realise Iāve somewhat contradicted myself along the way here. Iām indecisive, mentally flippant, and also bored as balls, but donāt take any notice, Iām just chatting bullshit.

The theme of this scene is of a perverted trial. Othello plays the role of the prosecutor, demanding that Desdemona gives him proof that she still has the handkerchief and accusing her of being a whore. Instead of defending herself against her husbandās accusations, Desdemona responds by advocating Cassioās case, making Othello the judge of Cassioās character. For the love that began with words, you can tell there is something amiss when neither of them are capable of communicating with each other. Othello is repeatedly screaming āThe handkerchief!ā while Desdemona enumerates Cassioās noble qualities, all of which Othello takes as testimony against her.Ā Words were the creation and the damnation of Othello and Desdimona's love. How does the deterioration of the worth of the lover's words mirror the vitality and virtue of their marriage?
