#MealPrepThursdays ! π (I edited the top picture myself yay! π The top right picture is everything that was bought and used in the making of this weeks meal prep. Bottom right picture is my Breakfast burrito mix before I wrapped it up in whole grain tortillas. π―. So for the actual meal prep we have the sausage breakfast burritos in a whole grain tortilla. Mid day breakfast (brunch or whenever I'm hungry again I guess) I have (at the very end of the video) my own prepackaged smoothie mixes to make life easier for me. In the baggie consists of sliced bananas, strawberries, cherries, raspberries (I think) and blackberries and topped off with some healthy spinach. I also have flax and chia seeds which will be added when I make it. For snacks I have vanilla Greek yogurt, some prepackaged trail mix and chocolate chip #clifenergybar π. For dinner I have some steamed veggies and baked chicken. (I tasted it its so yummy and juicy! π) Not pictured is some #vitacocowater which mind you I HATE COCONUTS but for the sake of healthy maybe I'll learn to love it. (I need to stop being so picky anyways ππ») also some VitaCoco Water maybe find its way into my smoothies and I have vanilla extract as wellπππ½ Okay til Next Thursday with more #MealPrepThursday Stay Healthy! ππ½π
