had a massive mental breakdown and filmed myself crying for the first time bc i was like i have to do a diary but i dont have the energy to write so i did a video diary. fun experience !!! very cool to try however i do not recommend the breakdown bordering on panic attack i had

going to have the hardest conversation of my entire life with my parents tomorrow. i already feel sick with anxiety. wish me luck

im a fucking poser when it comes to politics btw im mostly talk and i acknowledge that and am trying to do better but like i needed to get this off my chest. i say a lot of shit for someone who gets super scared whenever they stand up for themself
