I didn't start flying thru my reps today. I started hands white knuckles on a bar for assistance. I started with a prayer. Today was the first time I'd tried kneeling squat jumps since my #mcltear the week of #olympia ... I was scared. If you don't challenge yourself- you will not change. Today it was time to get back on the horse. 🐎 Once I got a few safe landings I knew I was good to press harder. I knew I could challenge myself more and more... Under I hit what was a PR for me... The other day when I hit some #squatfails 🙈 No one of us online trainers is without flaw. I have days I don't want to eat healthy. I have days I don't want to go to the gym. I have days where a cheat meal becomes a cheat day. 🙈 I have days where my workout goes to 💩💩💩 or I fail a lot. What you choose to limit you, is ultimately your only limitation. Limits are boundaries set by mental weakness. This is not a lot of weight, but it was a lot of reps. Rather than sacrificing form, and driving thru, I choose to simply sit down. It is safer to fail on a squat, than it is to drive thru with poor form. So many back and knee injuries occur with poor form and big egos.
