However, he had been given a number of interesting books to read, several of which were about Pasio itself. He had no time to both read and train, so he found himself at a loss.

                          Though half of his face was hidden by the black mask, disapproval was clear in his eyes as gold glanced up to take in hazel. He made a small unhappy sound as gloved digits were careful with their dealing of the injured limb, it wasn’t anything too serious and as the lawyer had stated... another war trophy... another scar for his apparently growing collection. The idea of such a thing happening, surprisingly, wasn’t one that the doctor actually wanted to entertain. How was it that he kept getting himself in such situations? People these days were so ridiculous... He’d never understand them... Sick...

Arthur, who was by Lucian’s side as he read, turned at the sound of approaching footsteps. From what he could tell, the person approaching was another trainer, prompting him to then look back at his own.

Sensing his pokemon’s gaze, Lucian lowered his book to return it. “Something the matter, Arthur?” he asked before the footsteps caught his attention, as well.
