McGraw-Edison Company made room air conditioners under many different brands and private labels.  McGraw-Edison owned the “Thomas A. Edison” and “Coolerator” brands at this time and above is an example of the 1971 Coolerator room air conditioner line.  These models, except for some minor cosmetic differences, are the same as the Thomas A. Edison 1969-70 models.

The 1968 "Thomas A. Edison" room air conditioner line is similar to the 1967 line with a few cosmetic differences.  "Thomas A. Edison" is a brand of McGraw-Edison Company who made room air conditioners under many private labels including Kelvinator, Coolerator, Montgomery Wards’ Signature brand, etc., etc.  The photos above are of the 1968 "Thomas A. Edison" branded room air conditioners but are similar to the other 1968 brands McGraw-Edison made.
