So Wade Robson dated Mayte Garcia (she was in her 20s, him a teenager and possibly a minor), and Mayte taught Britney Spears (ironically whom Wade had an affair with) belly dancing, which was something Aaliyah was known for incorporating in her dancing at that point. Wade also was the brains behind the whole snake thing in Britney’s “iconic” VMAs performance. The snake thing, something that was done months before by Aaliyah herself, plus she was already known for her love of snakes…
Something else worth noting is Wade’s affiliation with Chris Stokes, whom clearly has an obsession with Aaliyah, and seemingly projected that onto his artists on TUG Entertainent.
