I love Jin as just even before his quirk developed he was just a little ball of chaos. Very impulsive and filled with love and boredom as a kid so it led to Jin getting into anything he could. So walking to see the garden stones all arranged to be in a heart was fine. Walking inside to see a very muddy 3 year old trying to contain his new pet wormy was another thing.

Once the quirk developed before school Jins mom was a bit more distressed than Jins dad. Jins dad took the clones for Jin being guests as a sorts. But Jins mom knew they were going to have a bit of a problem in the end. After a few arguments and knowing it was their sons quirk.

Jin would be allowed to keep 1 clone around just so Jin had someone to play with really. And the system worked well until there were other clones around. That point Jins mom or dad said clones had a time limit and had to go bye bye.

But that also didn't work all the time. Jins dad loved all the little kids when he was home. But even he had a limit and thats when they discovered that clones do have a damage limit and a tough lesson on Jin would be to remove clones to not get in trouble at bedtime for having too many clones. So they got rid of some clones but Jin always seemed to make more even when he said he wasn't making any clones!
