Instead of doing the typically shown in movies and stuff thing of having a trail of flower petals to some romantic thing Gortash leaves a trail of viscera and gore for Durge. Maybe if he's feeling up to it, if it's one of those things where it leads to the bedroom and Gortash is posed on the bed waiting for Durge, he'll even cover himself in some blood and viscera(which Durge probably licks off of him)
Just Durgetash romantic gestures are like if you got some classic slasher or horror movie that has gore in it but just put romantic music over it. To anyone else it would be horrific and traumatizing, but to those two it's peak romance
As funny as this is, I suspect Durge would do this to Gortash, and Gortash would have to control his urge to vomit, but would try to be supportive and be like hm... yeah. so... romantic.
and he'd have to pretend to be enthusiastic but he's trying so hard not to panic because damn he's really down bad for a lunatic.
