WIPS that I'm working on right now
🌄 - Last Twilight (Inspired by one of my favorite shows ever. Blind!Steve/Caretaker!Eddie. Steve & Jonathan are cousins and have a complicated relationship. Slow burn strangers to friends to lovers.)
📄 - Still here in my heart (the memories of you)
Season 4 rewrite with a season 3 Canon divergence where Steve & Eddie used to talk through post-its in the record store of Starcourt Mall without knowing each other's identities. Eddie cut off contact right before the stuff from Season 3 happen (Fun fact the first name was: Steve & Eddie might be soulmates)
🎲 - You're written in my heart
No Upside Down Present Day AU. Grumpy!Eddie/Sunshine!Steve. Eddie still ends up being a super senior and Steve is Dustin's cousin. Angst with a lot of fluff
Snippet of Last Twilight
The place turned out to be the college’s library; Eddie leaned on the shelves as Steve put his face very close to look at a book. “Are you looking for any specific book?”
Steve nodded. “I can’t seem to find it; can you go ask for me?”
“Why don’t you go ask, since you have all the details?”
Steve bit the inside of his lip. “Please, Munson.”
Eddie stared at Steve, but before he could answer, they both heard a female voice coming from outside, not too far away. “Seriously, I thought the professor wouldn’t let us go.”
Then a second female voice “Robin, are you going to Coach Todd’s party?”
Steve immediately crouched down as he heard the voice, trying to be as small as possible. “I don’t know but the whole band and badminton group will go.” It took a few seconds, but Eddie recognized the short-haired brunette girl as the one in the picture frame.
“What about Tommy?” Eddie walked in front of Steve, trying to cover him while putting one arm in the shelves as the trio descended the stairs.
“No idea; let’s go eat something. I’m starving.” The girl, Robin, looked back at them before skipping several steps; not once did she look over to the glass where Eddie and a badly hidden Steve were.
Eddie waited a bit more after the trio was out of view before he touched Steve’s shoulder. “They’re gone.” Steve’s eyes were still very big, and he was still looking around, like one of his friends might jump out of the shelves as he got up. “They really are gone, Harrington.” Steve nodded and let out a puff of air.
Eddie bit his lip as he took all of Steve, who still had a very guarded posture. “I’ll ask about the book for you; what’s the name?”
