Episode Description:
When Springfield is burned to the ground, the Simpsons beg Mr. Burns to fund its rebuilding. Burns agrees ā with one condition: he gets to put on a variety show at the Springfield Bowl.
Episode Details: āMonty Burnsā Fleeing Circusā is the 1st episode of Season 28 as well as the 597th episode of The Simpsons, and is the Season premiere. The episode will air on FOX on September 25th, 2016 and is written byĀ Tom Gammill and Max Pross and directed by Matt Nastuk.
