No, he doesn't have any lethal weapons on hand yet, he does use explosives ( like the one from the end of Revenge of the Island )

Turning his head toward a noise, stumbling a bit, his head throbbing. Pain washed over him, his right hand held at his side, things were off. He had taken quite a battering while pursuing his next target, some mafioso sort running around murdering mothers, and taking brothers. There were splatters of blood on him, much of it not his own, but, some of it was. Slumping, his left arm swung a bit before he swerved, crashing his left shoulder into a nearby wall, panting. Most of the mission he was on was complete, he had gotten the information he needed.

Dropping down, he's panting, his right hand clutching his side. Dropping his head to the side, resting it on the wall before turning to get more comfortable "A quick rest...then..." He mumbled to himself, saying the rest in his head as he adjusted his shoulders back, blood had managed to trickle down from his upper attire, now onto the floor, instead of his pants, quickly forming into a growing spot on the floor beneath him.
