There is a southern Ontario tickle community, though a lot of the events and group chats are private. Some local members enjoy introducing online members to the in-person scene; I’m someone who prefers meeting in-person in a group setting (like at a munch) to vet and then introduce to the scene.
I would highly recommend checking out Fetlife as there are a lot of local general munches and play parties posted there; I RSVP to the events I’m going to. Here’s my Fetlife profile. You can also make a posting in the Toronto Tickling group on Fetlife. (I think the group leader with the profile picture can help you out if you reach out to them- 👀)
