Update: Match Sending in Progress + Anonymous Asks
About half the matches have been sent out, and we expect to finish sending them by Nov 5 (or possibly Nov 6, depending on your timezone).
As matches are going out, weтАЩd like to remind participants not to reveal themselves to their recipients; this info should stay secret until the posting period (Dec 23 to 27)!
For those of you that have received your matches, we encourage you to reach out to your gift recipients via anonymous asks. ItтАЩs not expected of you to do so, but we think itтАЩs a nice gesture and can be fun!
We also realize that some may have disabled anonymous asks for various reasons. Please contact a mod if you run into this issue, and weтАЩll act as a go-between for the two of you.
If youтАЩre wondering what to say, here are some suggestions:
Say hi, and let them know youтАЩre working on their gift.
Ask them more about gift details. For instance, if they said they liked AUs, you can ask for their favorite types.
Ask them if they have any headcanons.
Ask them for their favorite songs, movies, or books, which can help you get to know them and their preferences.
