So I just thought of something I find amusing while watching forbidden Spinjitzu when pixal and Wuu were going through realms and failing miserably trying to get to the never realm they interrupt the "I am you scene between Rex and Emmet" idk why I find it funny

They ruled and protected humanity for a long time. They were born as humans.
The golden era lasted 0034-1445 until Humanity started becoming engulfed in greed. An Elf by the name of Sweet Mayhem/known as the sugary entity manipulated most of the virtues to join her and made The Light of Revolution tear 90% of the wings of the Light of Freedom. The fought for a hundred years. The Light of Bravery put the uncorrupted but wingless Light of Freedom somewhere deep in the ocean (near where Garmadon's Volcano is but it didn't exist at the time) and told him to wait for her. (Spoiler alert she don't come back.) And "borrowed" a huge shard of the Light of Freedom's gem and gave the map to Master Wuu. And used it to seal the now corrupted Virtues and Sweet Mayhem in a tree right in the centre of Ninjago.
500 years later we see Lloyd a teenager and the others as ninjas. Lloyd awakens his Gem by nearly getting killed by the bullies(the other awaken theirs at the same time). Master Wuu tells them the location of The Light of Freedom and to go find him. The find him and figure out he has been waiting and knows NOTHING about the final battle. The give him a real name Emmet. And let him settle into the new modern world. At some point the seal gets broken and the Corrupted virtues escape with new forms. Emmet helps train the ninjas.
