“So... what are you doing out here?” Rhett actually had a reason to be... vaguely looking towards the future grave site of that girl that died. He’d just been a little curious. He’d arrived in town just a bit after they found her body, and now she was going to be buried right over there. Rhett had a bit of morbid curiosity when it came to stuff like that. He didn’t know her but it still made her a little nervous, even if her death was half the reason he decided to stick around in Wade.
“I know, I know. Kind of suspicious for me to be out here, too. But I was just touring those apartments so, legally, I can walk over here without seeming like I’m the new guy being a creep,” Sometimes he really should keep some of his thoughts to himself, “But, really. What’s there to look at?”
