"Mashopolos" is the first mashup compilation released by the company Wax Audio. The tracks from this album were created during the year of 2007 in Athens, Greece.

Well, I never've been a fan of mixing things: if this thing is good by itself, why mixing it with other thing? But, as the time goes by and I tried new sensations, things and related, my mentality about it has been changing a little. And the area that I'm already sure that mixing (sometimes) may be a good thing is in music.

Wax Audio, an audio company that is managed by Tom, an australian guy, uses this idea to make some creative mashups. Some of them you kinda expect to go well, like Black Sabbath with Led Zeppelin; but others, like Metallica with Panjabi MC, an Indian musician, are kind of a surprise when you see them summing up well.

As my recommendations of this compilation, I'd go with "Thunder Busters", a genius mashup of AC/DC's Thunderstruck and the Ghostbusters theme; "Stayin' Alive in The Wall", which mixes... Well, I hope you have already figured it out; and "Back In Blackened", which... Yeah.
