We’re really pumped to be teaming up with @mascore_helical_piles to start our journey into using these type of #screwpiles for our foundations on certain upcoming projects. Because Washington has adopted a 60 pound per square foot live load requirement where most of the rest of the country is still at 40, our footing sizes have increased to the point where it makes sense to invest in the equipment to make this a reality.
